3-YEAR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in Canada and the U.S. for three years after you purchase your MICHELIN replacement tires. Simply call 1-866-794-5666.
In the event of a flat tire, a qualified service professional will replace your flat tire with your inflated spare. If an inflated spare is not available, towing will be provided at no cost (up to 250 kilometres) to the nearest approved Michelin tire retailer of your choice.

LIMITED MILEAGE WARRANTY
Michelin passenger and light truck replacement tires are backed by a Limited Warranty, ensuring coverage for manufacturing defects. If a tire is found to be defective within the first six years from the date of purchase, Michelin will offer a pro-rated replacement based on the remaining tread depth. The warranty applies to Michelin tires purchased as replacements and excludes those provided as Original Equipment on new vehicles starting from the 2018 model year. 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Michelin stands behind its products by offering a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If a customer is not fully satisfied with their newly purchased Michelin tires, they may return them to the original place of purchase within 60 days for an exchange or refund. The return must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, and the tires must remain in usable condition. This policy is designed to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction in Michelin’s products.
