FAQ

Common questions about tires, packages, booking, and our Calgary shop.

Frequently asked questions

How do I book an appointment?

Log in, open My Garage, select your vehicle, choose a service, pick a date and time, then pay the invoice to confirm your booking. Your confirmation email is sent only after payment succeeds.

I picked a time but didn't get a confirmation email

Choosing a date and time reserves your slot, but your appointment is not confirmed until payment succeeds. If you closed the invoice or your card was declined, you will not receive a confirmation email yet.

Open My Garage and use Complete payment on the pending appointment. Your hold usually lasts about 16 hours. After payment succeeds, you will receive a confirmation email shortly.

Can I buy tires online and book installation?

Yes. Add tires to your cart and checkout online. Then use Book installation to schedule mount and balance at our Calgary shop.

How long does tire installation take?

Most appointments are completed in under 1.5 hours depending on service and vehicle. Your confirmation email will include details.

What are your hours?

Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm. Saturday and Sunday by appointment. Unit 6, 2421 Centre Ave SE, Calgary.

Do you price match?

We review competitor quotes for tires in stock locally. See our price match policy on product pages or contact us.

How fast is Alberta inventory ready for install?

Tires marked in stock online are Alberta warehouse inventory. They are typically ready for installation at our Calgary shop within 24–48 business hours after you order. See Alberta inventory for details.

Why Road Force balancing?

Road Force balancing measures force variation — not just weight — which helps eliminate vibration on low-profile, staggered, and performance tires. Learn more on Why Spec R.

Are studded tires legal in Calgary?

Alberta permits studded passenger tires from October 1 through April 30 unless a specific restriction is posted. See our Calgary driving guide for season and fitment advice.
